Your Role

As a QA Engineer Intern within our vibrant 15+ member product and engineering organization, you'll be getting real, hands-on QA experience while being at the forefront of crafting innovative solutions for our global student intern community.

Under the mentorship of our Senior QA Engineer, you'll dig into the details that make or break user experiences, and see how quality is actually ensured, one test case, one bug report, and one fixed issue at a time. This role is ideal for someone who finds joy in hunting bugs and ensuring everything works flawlessly before it reaches our users! 🐞

This position will be a stipend-based, full-time, 6-month internship.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll do everything that a QA engineer does:

  • You'll create and execute detailed test plans that cover every possible user scenario
  • You'll become best friends with our developers as you report bugs (with evidence that makes them say "thank you!")
  • You'll master our testing frameworks and automate repetitive tests that save everyone time
  • You'll dive deep into user journeys to find edge cases nobody else thought of
  • You'll document test processes so clearly that anyone could follow them
  • You'll analyze test results and identify patterns that help prevent future issues
  • You'll join daily standups to share insights that improve product quality
  • You'll become the team's quality conscience, always asking "but what if...?"
    Why You'll Love This Role
      • You'll get hands-on experience with real QA processes used by professionals worldwide
      • You'll own actual test plans and automation from creation to implementation
      • You'll learn our entire quality assurance methodology, including how we make tough trade-offs
      • You'll build a portfolio of real QA work that you can showcase to future employers
      • You'll understand how a fast-growing startup balances quality and speed
      • You'll develop skills in test automation, QA tools, and debugging that are highly valued in the industry
      • You'll join a supportive team that wants you to succeed and grow
      • You'll get detailed feedback on your work, helping you improve rapidly
      • Most importantly, you'll see the direct impact of your work as students experience error-free internships
