Job description

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. This remote position is open to applicants living anywhere in Portugal. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, document preparation, and data entry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will ensure smooth office operations and provide support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

• Maintain and update company databases and files.

• Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other office software.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).

• Must reside in Portugal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.

• Prior experience in a remote work environment.
