DoControl is a SaaS Security Posture Management solution offering visibility, threat detection, and remediation for sensitive data exposure and insider threats. DoControl secures SaaS data, identities, connected third-party apps & configurations to ensure comprehensive protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup serving leading brands like Snap Inc., Colgate-Palmolive, Databricks, Datadog, and Monday.com.

We’re looking for an experienced TAM/Support Engineer to support our EMEA and US customers. In this role, you’ll provide technical consultation, help clients implement new features, and design tailored solutions. You’ll also offer exceptional technical support, working closely with R&D and product teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. This position requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to manage complex issues and integrations. As a TAM/Support Engineer at Docontrol, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new technologies and grow with the team.


Role and responsibilities

  • Work directly with DoControl’s customers to resolve product-related issues according to defined SLA
  • Design, plan and deliver solution projects to help our customers to achieve their business use cases
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution and communication 
  • Work with DoControl R&D and product teams on issues escalations and product requests
  • Troubleshoot while utilizing different tools and environments (logs, DB, AWS)
  • Become a product expert and proactively suggest product improvements and issues
  • Enrich our client knowledge base with relevant technical information
  • A strong understanding of how Security and IT programs work for enterprises - domain expertise



Requirements

  • 3 years previous experience as a technical support engineer in a SAAS environment - Must
  • Knowledge in json, SQL, ability to read and understand coding - Must
  • Previous experience with EMEA & US customers (communication & support) - Must
  • Technical background from the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with tools like: Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Slack, etc
  • Excited to work in a high-energy and fast paced environment
