Our tax department is very experienced in advising on international taxation, including transfer pricing, Country by Country reporting, EU state aid and OECD BEPS developments. We also have a strong VAT, wage tax and private client practice to complement our overall tax practice. Guidance on transactions is a core activity within our firm. We have the expertise and capacity to support our clients at every stage of the M&A process: tax due diligence, tax compliant structuring, reviewing the tax clauses in the SPA, implementing a management incentive plan and completing post-deal activities. Our global capability allows us to assist clients on transactions involving multiple countries. We have a dedicated team admitted to the Dutch bar and focused on tax litigation, tax audits, arbitration and mutual agreement procedures. We have experience in litigating high profile tax cases for our clients and frequently guide them through the process covering the initial contact with the tax authority on a potential conflict until (if necessary) all the way up to the (European) Supreme Court. Our team of seasoned tax professionals is focused on providing practical solutions based on a strong technical foundation.
