Role Summary
This role is for a Senior Software Engineer on the Admin Monitoring team, which is responsible for the experiences that Splunk Administrators use to understand the health of their Splunk Cloud deployments and visualize performance. This team plays a meaningful role in how the Splunk platform can help administrators understand their key performance indicators as well as proactively alert them when something is wrong which requires them to take action so that they can provide the highest quality of service for their end-users.
Splunk is looking for a hard-working and innovative frontend engineer to work closely with product owners and designers to build and support a suite of customer-facing Splunk applications to visualize, monitor, and optimize usage for Splunk Cloud. You’ll also enable internal collaborators by developing modules that partner teams can use to integrate more easily into the Admin Monitoring platform.
This team owns the Admin Monitoring experiences for the Splunk Cloud platform as well as for Splunk Enterprise, which spans multiple feature requests from other product teams. So you’ll work with product owners to understand the priority of the team’s roadmap, and how we balance internal and external customer feature requests.
