Key responsabilities:

Provide 2nd/3rd line support for VMWare Horizon/VDI infrastructure.

Maintain, support, and troubleshoot issues within the Horizon estate.

Focus on ensuring the stability and performance of the VDI environment.

Collaborate with the team to resolve technical challenges and improve system efficiency.

Vmware Horizon Engineer, Citrix Netscaler, Cisco UCS, Dell EMC, FSLogix, Remote, 3 months, £Good

Our customer is in need of a Support Engineer to assist with their VMWare Horizon/VDI infrastructure. The position entails 2nd/3rd line support responsibilities, to maintain, support, and troubleshoot any issues to the infrastructure. This is an urgent 3-month remote contract with no on-site travel required.

Key Emphasis is on VMWare Horizon (Version 8), which will be the main focus of this role. You will need to possess demonstrable experience of supporting an Horizon estate.
