⚡ Your Mission as a VIP Account Manager:

As a VIP Account Manager your mission is to build and nurture strong relationships with our most valued players/customers, ensuring they receive a personalised experience. You’ll be the go to contact for VIPs, driving engagement, retention and loyalty through tailored services, exclusive perks and proactive support.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
• HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players, developing long term relationships to maximise engagement, retention and lifetime value
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with VIP customers through consistent communication via email, Telegram and other preferred channels
• Offer tailored recommendations based on VIP player history, preferences and behaviours
• Maintain detailed records of player preferences to enhance future interactions and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, CRM, payments and product teams to ensure VIP players receive exclusive offers
• Oversee VIP retention strategies, working closely with marketing to develop tailored loyalty programs, exclusive events and high value engagement campaigns.
• Identify patterns in VIP concerns and suggest improvements to services, promotions and communication strategies

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• Proven experience in VIP account management within the gaming or casino industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long term relationships
• Problem solving skills with a proactive and customer first approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
• Results driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate VIP players needs
