Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) .
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and engage with followers
Manage and grow LinkedIn Groups and engage the community in building meaningful conversations
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives, to refine strategies and improve ROI
Requirements
1-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing online groups and communities
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them effectively
Experience in running and managing Google PPC campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Passionate about social media, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Knowledge of Generative AI and experience using ChatGPT
