Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and building relationships within online communities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) .
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and engage with followers
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn Groups and engage the community in building meaningful conversations
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives, to refine strategies and improve ROI

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing online groups and communities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them effectively
  • Experience in running and managing Google PPC campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Passionate about social media, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and experience using ChatGPT
