Position Overview
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor plays an integral role in Evernest achieving 250,000 homes under management by 2030. This position will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing multiple Property Services departments in the following areas: In-house service work, rehab completion, and vendor follow-up. The role is also responsible for improving any and all communication that occurs between other departments that work together with Property Services
Responsibilities
- Fully trained and owning the position within 30 days
- Trained and knowledgeable in EN Tech App
- Trained and knowledgeable in EN Billing
- Leading Maintenance L10s within 30-Days
- Creating/updating market scorecards every 60-days
- Within 30-days, conducting 121s with Property Services Team
- Responsible for all People Analyzers
- Achieving the following KPIs in 30-Days
- 95% Tech Realization (Averaging 40 hrs/week and 38 hrs/week billed)
- 32.5% Renovation Margin
- Weekly tracking of renovation analytics
- Tech Billing – 7.6 hours/per tech
- Avg work order lifespan of 10 days or less
