Project Description:
The Strategy Implementation project will transition from their existing and separate Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) solutions to a new single Integrated inter RAI Reporting System solution.
The Upgrade project will upgrade PARIS version 6 environment to PARIS version 7.

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:
· M1.At least ten (10) years of combined experience with BC’s Health Organizations (i.e., FHA, FNHA, IHA, VIHA, NHA, PHSA, VCH, and/or PHC).
· M2.At least five (5) years of combined experience with clinically focused projects.
· M3.Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Health Administration, Business Administration, or similar.
· M4.Hands-on experience in a leading senior role for clinically focused strategic initiatives.
· M5.Exceptional ability to work across all project areas (namely those clinically focused) and identify upstream impacts, downstream impacts, dependencies, and overlapping activities.
· M6.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal with audiences at all levels.
· M7.Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to develop well considered, logical, and justifiable options through Briefing Notes (i.e., Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendation).
· M8.Exceptional ability to develop and maintain strong and professional working relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
· M9.Ability to influence others, mediate, and move towards a common vision or goal.
· M10.Exceptional skills in handling sensitive and challenging situations.
· M11.Proficient with Microsoft’s suite of tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
