Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Mortgage / Finance Broker Support Specialist to assist brokers in managing loan applications, client interactions, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Australian mortgage or finance industry, a strong understanding of loan processing, and excellent communication skills.Provide end-to-end support to mortgage and finance brokers, ensuring smooth loan processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and verify loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with lenders, aggregators, and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Stay updated with Australian lending regulations, compliance requirements, and lender policies.
  • Manage client communication professionally, responding to queries and providing updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and loan processing platforms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and report preparation


Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage administration, broker support, or loan processing in Australia.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian lending regulations, NCCP Act, lender policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Technology Skills: Experience with loan processing software (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, FLEX, Salestrekker, or similar) and CRM tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review and verify financial documents with accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable but not required).Prior experience working with mortgage aggregators, financial institutions, or brokerage firms in Australia.
