About the Role:

As a Consultant at Packaged Agile, you will support the client across a range of modernization and operational initiatives. This full-time, remote role will focus on data cleanup and migration, PMO support, change management, and risk management within the context of the client's system modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate is a generalist with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a structured federal environment. You will work collaboratively with government and contractor teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the client’s modernization goals.

Responsibilities:

Leading or supporting data cleanup and migration activities to support legacy system modernization

Providing PMO support, including project tracking, reporting, and coordination

Supporting risk management efforts through documentation, tracking, and analysis

Contributing to and executing change management plans to guide users through modernization efforts

Supporting leadership in establishing and refining internal processes and tools

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of priorities

Communicating risks, blockers, and progress updates effectively with client and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

US Citizenship with an active Public Trust clearnace or higher

3+ years of experience supporting federal clients in areas such as data migration, PMO operations, or change management

Demonstrated experience with data cleanup and migration planning for large or complex systems

Familiarity with designing and implementing federal risk management frameworks and system modernization best practices

Strong experience supporting or running Project Management Offices (PMO) in a government setting

Understanding of change management principles and techniques

Ability to clearly document work, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strongly preferred: candidates who live in an SBA HUBZone
