Securitybricks, powered by Aprio, is the primary brand for Aprio’s Risk as a Service (RaaS) practices. RaaS includes a variety of Information Security advisory and certification services related to FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC, SOC, ISO, PCI and outsourced IT compliance services (Compliance as a Service/CaaS). The RaaS practice has sustained exceptional growth for several years, and that growth is accelerating with the addition of Securitybricks.

Securitybricks powered by Aprio is seeking a Growth Leader responsible for strategic and tactical deployment support to drive high growth for RaaS practice.

We are looking for a data-driven professional with competence in storytelling and go-to-market, who thinks outside the box. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, GTM, and an understanding of the IT security landscape. This person will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing partnerships, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The role requires analytical skills, a can-do attitude to decision-making and problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with service leaders, product managers and business development to drive the execution of growth strategies with an ultimate focus of enhancing Securitybricks and Aprio’s awareness in the market, increasing pipeline, and driving revenue. This person will play a key role in developing project plans that effectively leverage a cross-functional support team of content developers, digital specialists and industry growth teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Create growth plans that include a go-to-market strategy, content plan, and lead generation plan.
  • Industry knowledge: continually monitor trends, market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure Securitybricks maximizes lead generation and revenue from partnerships. 
  • Activate, promote, and maximize revenue from sales channels such as Microsoft.
  • Drive awareness and leads from speaking engagements and press coverage, working with Aprio’s communications team.
  • Enable robust sales processes and account planning, leveraging Hubspot and Aprio account planning and reporting tools.
  • Analyze sales pipeline, marketing analytics, and other segment performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage lead generation plans in partnership with the corporate marketing & business development team. 
  • Plan components include:
  • Digital marketing: PPC campaigns, Account-based Marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Events: speaking engagements, webinars, trade shows and conferences.
  • Sales assets: collateral, presentations, videos, bios, core proposal assets for service teams, Business Development, and channel partners.
  • Thought leadership content: articles, speaking engagements, videos, etc.
  • Outbound calling: works with the Outbound BD team to drive new meetings for segment leadership 

  • Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Significant business development/marketing experience in the technology segment, selling to CISO decision-makers.
  • Experience taking new B2B services to market.
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaigns that delivered strong ROI.
  • Ability to analyze marketing analytics, pipeline data, and market trends to identify key levers for optimization.
  • Natural relationship builder and connector. 
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills to collaborate with clients, industry leaders, internal team members & executives. 
  • Has a “do-what-it-takes” spirit, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving goals and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services environment. 
  • Experience working with team members from a variety of cultures in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the IT security marketplace.
