Join Our Creative Team as a Photo Editor/Social Media Content Specialist!

MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of Bizforce, a leading global remote workforce solutions company, is looking for a talented Photo Editor/Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing high-quality photos and creating engaging content for various social media platforms. You will work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop visual strategies that drive engagement and align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally edit before-and-after photos of surgical or aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient privacy, consistency, and quality standards are met.
  • Create engaging social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic, focusing on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and schedule posts to drive engagement, showcase results, and support the practice’s marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the practice manager, marketing team, or physician to review content and obtain approvals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, especially within healthcare, aesthetics, and cosmetic surgery spaces.
  • Monitor engagement and provide insights or recommendations to improve reach and interaction.
  • Ensure all content complies with HIPAA guidelines, patient consent policies, and ethical marketing standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in photo editing with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing professional Instagram and Facebook accounts, preferably in a healthcare, medical, or aesthetic setting.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices, content planning, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and aesthetics, especially when editing patient photos.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
