Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced link-building strategies across multiple GEOs
  (main focus on unregulated markets)
• Leverage black and grey hat SEO techniques to deliver a sustainability level in rankings
• Identify, acquire, and strategically repurpose high-authority expired domains to enhance our backlink profile and drive SEO growth
• Manage relationships with link-building platforms, agencies, and private networks, ensuring the highest ROI on link investments
• Build and maintain connections within International domain and link marketplaces, securing high-authority, relevant backlinks
• Conduct creative outreach to secure niche-specific, high-value links through partnerships, content collaborations, and negotiations
• Monitor backlink profiles, analyze competitor link strategies, and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Track performance and take data-driven decisions
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain top rankings

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in iGaming SEO (casino & sportsbook) across multiple GEOs
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of black hat SEO, PBNs and other related advanced techniques
• Existing connections in International link networks and domains
• Established network for Russian linkbuilders and domains
• Expertise in multiple link-building platforms, agencies, and private networks for new markets and to expand existing ones
• Proven track record of securing high-quality, high-authority backlinks at scale
• Creative and strategic mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

About this role

• Fully Remote
• 1-year, renewable contract (you will be considered an employee)
• Salary up to negotiable €34-40K on invoice
