If you are fluent in Slovak and have a passion for literature and exceptional customer service, this is the perfect role for you!

In this integral position, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries about our extensive range of books and related products. Your role will ensure that our customers enjoy a delightful shopping experience. If you're eager to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to promoting the joy of reading, we want to meet you!


Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding book selections, orders, and account issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for books and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or fast-paced environment.
