Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is eager to find a talented Slovak Speaking Consultant to join our innovative SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this vital role, you will work closely with our Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them in harnessing the full potential of our cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

As a consultant, you will play an integral role in guiding clients through the implementation process and optimizing their use of cloud applications to achieve their business goals. Your Responsibilities

• Engage with Slovak-speaking clients to understand their SaaS and cloud computing requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and customized solutions to improve their cloud technology utilization.
• Support clients through the onboarding process and assist with any technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on maximizing our SaaS offerings.
• Gather client feedback to inform the continuous enhancement of our services and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations related to SaaS and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or IT consulting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud solutions and their application in business environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to overcome client challenges.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on technology trends in the cloud sector.
