Product Owner (Work from Home)

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the current priorities
• Communicates with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure their expectations are met
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in understanding what needs to be built
• Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the priorities and goals for each sprint
• Review the product increments delivered by the development team and provide feedback to ensure the product meets the desired quality and functionality
• Make critical decisions regarding the product features, release dates, and scope changes
• Be responsible for clearly articulating the product vision and ensuring it aligns with the business goals and customer needs
• Ensure that the development team is delivering value to the customers and stakeholders through the product
• Work closely with the development team, scrum master, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient product development

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management in an Agile environment
• At least 3 years of experience with product backlog management, user stories creation, and sprint planning
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of software development (Cycle, Processes in Development, and Iterative Deliveries)
• Proficient with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong Communication Skills and Customer Focus
• Strong Leadership and Decision-Making Skills

You will thrive in this role if you have...

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent
• Existing Certification as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Experience in analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and data to make informed decisions about product features and priorities
• Experience in identifying problems, thinking critically, and coming up with effective solutions
• Experience in adapting to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
