About the Role

As a Recruiter at Firstbase, you will play a critical part in building our world-class distributed team by attracting top-tier talent and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates. As part of a fast-growing, remote-first company, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our hiring process, working closely with strategic stakeholders.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies, attracting top talent to key functions such as Product, Design, Customer Support, Operations, Growth, Marketing, and more.

  • Lead the interview process ranging from junior to senior levels (excluding executive roles), ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates at every touchpoint. As an ambassador for Firstbase, you will showcase our culture and values throughout the process.

  • Own global hiring efforts, managing a recruitment pipeline that spans multiple countries and time zones, ensuring we attract and retain world-class talent from diverse backgrounds.

  • Maintain a well-organized recruiting pipeline, ensuring all recruiting steps are documented accurately and up to date. Your attention to detail will drive a structured and efficient hiring process.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to align on priorities, recruiting needs, and team objectives. 

  • Manage communication with candidates, schedule interviews, guide them through the entire process, and ensure they have a fantastic experience!

  • Execute employer branding initiatives that highlight what makes Firstbase a great place to work. You will be responsible for broadening our talent pool and positioning us as an employer of choice.

  • Use data and feedback from hiring managers and candidates to continuously optimize and refine our recruiting strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and attract the best talent.

  • Track and analyze the recruitment funnel, reporting key metrics and conversion rates to hiring managers and leadership to drive process optimization and goal alignment.

You Should Meet the Following Requirements

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Be based in LatAm (although the position is remote).

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-speed hiring environments. Experience recruiting for remote-first teams is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with recruiting software, job boards, and social networks, with a knack for embracing new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

  • A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are required.

  • A genuine passion for recruiting, candidate experience, and helping people find roles that fit both their skills and ambitions.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company, where you've played a key role in hiring for teams that drive innovation and growth, is a significant plus.

  • A strong plus is hands-on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across social and professional networks, including LinkedIn, Bookface, and others.
