What will your responsibilities include?
Set the vision & strategy – Lead the development and execution of a digital roadmap tailored to Operation & IT, ensuring it delivers business value and accelerates growth.
Own and expand the digital portfolio – Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, ensuring continuous evolution and alignment with customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
Drive innovation & transformation – Introduce cutting-edge solutions that leverage AI, data, and automation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Deliver real impact – Govern digital initiatives through a structured stage-gate process, ensuring resources are optimized and projects deliver meaningful, measurable business outcomes.
Lead a global team – Inspire and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team to push the boundaries of digital excellence, ensuring strong collaboration and execution.
Build strategic partnerships – Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, commercial teams, and external vendors to scale digital solutions globally and secure industry leadership.
Ensure operational excellence – Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and digital investments, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and long-term value creation.
Have You Got What We’re Looking For?
In this high-impact role, you will define and execute a bold digital vision, developing and scaling products that redefine our industry. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, operation teams, IT, and external partners to ensure our digital solutions create measurable business impact and position Hempel at the forefront of digital excellence.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, supply chain, or a related field.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital transformation, product management, or IT.
Proven experience in managing a digital portfolio within supply chain, warehouse management, or Industry 4.0.
Strong background in supply chain transformation and operations.
Experience advising global businesses on the best digital tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
Visionary mindset, with a track record of delivering game-changing digital solutions.
Strategic and commercial acumen, able to translate business needs into powerful digital strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing global teams.
Expertise in digital innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
