Job description

Role Title: Field Execution Executive

Location: Greater Manila Area - Field Based

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas:

Agency Management and Development

  • Develop and manages assigned area agency service level agreements, terms of services and policy compliance
  • Leads agency performance management and capability programs in area of assignment
  • Manages field force (Agency Manpower) store coverage strategy and support
  • Governance and end to end management of POS budgets for the assigned area

Merchandising, Activations and Perfect Store Execution and Monitoring

  • Ensure sell-out or offtake growth thru collaboration with Field sales, store operations and distributors and AAA to drive on-time, in-full implementation of national and local activations and merchandising execution
  • Drives OSA, perfect store execution and tracking. Derives insight from data and influences action to close gaps to drive growth for assigned customer/area.

In-Store Intelligence and Digitization

  • Drive In-store Data Gathering thru third party agencies enabled by automated tools
  • Ensure reporting accuracy via regular governance with the agencies

Key Skills/Competencies & Knowledge

  • 2-4 years experience in agency management, sales, field execution, trade marketing or similar roles
  • Project Management, Basic Category Management, Network and Influencing, Leadership, Collaboration, Communication and Presentation
  • Data driven & Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
  • Can drive and willing to do heavy field work in assigned area
