Job Description

·       Partner with the VP, International, and senior leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities for Henry Schein One International.

·       Lead cross-functional projects to achieve regional and global business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

·       Provide insight and data-driven recommendations to the leadership team to support decision-making and strategic planning.

·       Improve operational processes and workflows to drive efficiency and productivity across the organisation.

·       Act as a liaison between key departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, HR) to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.

·       Oversee key operational initiatives and drive the implementation of best practices to improve overall business performance.

·       Facilitate communication between the VP, International, and other stakeholders, ensuring that priorities and key initiatives are clearly communicated across the organisation.

·       Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.

·       Foster a positive and collaborative culture across international markets, promoting teamwork, accountability, and growth.

·       Support the implementation of change initiatives across the regions, ensuring a smooth transition for all teams and stakeholders.

·       Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business operations and initiatives.
