We are seeking an experienced Global Inclusion and Belonging Manager to collaborate with senior business leaders to execute strategies that foster Inclusion and Belonging. This role requires an innovative approach to developing and implementing Inclusion and Belonging initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to track and measure progress.

Business partnership includes assessing the current state, identifying best practices, and supporting People, Access and Belonging Groups (PABGs)  the People, Access, and Belonging Leadership Council (PABLC). You will deliver programs in multiple formats, measure results against Inclusion and Belonging, Learning and Development and Corporate communications goals, and communicate progress. The ability to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive solutions is critical. Successful candidates will bring expertise in designing and delivering impactful Inclusion and Belonging programs while fostering trust and collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure team member voices are heard and drive meaningful change.
  • Translate best practices in Inclusion and Belonging into readily consumable resources and programs aligned with business needs.
  • Bring innovative solutions to broaden our Inclusion and Belonging portfolio and drive measurable business results.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate resources in various formats for all organizational levels.
  • Analyze engagement data, talent metrics, and assessments to inform Inclusion and Belonging strategies.
  • Support the development  and execute an inclusion roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Educate team memberand champion change to build awareness and allyship.
  • Facilitate Inclusion and Belonging learning sessions.
  • Improve data collection, reporting, and benchmarking for Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements to create a culture of belonging.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across various teams and leadership levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and practices that advance equity and belonging in the workplace.
  • Monitor compliance with internal and external diversity, equity, and inclusion regulations and best practices.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on fostering inclusive leadership and cultural competency.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to embed inclusion principles into leadership and professional development programs.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOR)

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree Desired: Advanced degree
  • 5+ years program management, HR business partner experience
  • 8+ years of relevant Inclusion and Belonging experience

  • Experience delivering projects across multiple businesses

  • Strong project management skills, successful teaming with colleagues, and a strong results orientation
  • A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and leaders.
  • Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies.
  • Ability to motivate and influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups.
  • Influences others to achieve solutions to meet organization’s objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results. Effectively collaborates with partners to resolve.
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and skills.
  • Attention to detail; strong contracting skills; and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude are required to manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables.
