Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll take complete ownership of the company’s digital presence and search engine strategy, with the exciting challenge of elevating their rankings from page 5 to page 1. You’ll have the autonomy to audit their current website, implement strategic improvements, and drive meaningful results that directly impact lead generation and business growth. Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current website and develop a strategic roadmap for SEO improvement
  
• Implement proven strategies to dramatically improve search engine rankings, with the specific goal of moving from page 5 to page 1
  
• Build a diverse portfolio of high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority and search visibility
  
• Optimize metadata across the site to maximize search performance and click-through rates
  
• Design and develop conversion-focused landing pages that attract and engage potential customers
  
• Take ownership of the entire SEO ecosystem, from technical optimization to content strategy
  
• Provide regular, insightful reporting on SEO performance metrics and progress toward goals
  
• Proactively identify new opportunities for improvement and implement innovative SEO techniques
  
• Collaborate directly with business owners to align SEO strategy with overall business objectives
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO management with demonstrable results
  
• Proven track record of successfully improving search rankings for previous clients or employers
  
• Expert knowledge of backlink building strategies that deliver sustainable results
  
• Strong technical understanding of metadata optimization and its impact on search performance
  
• Experience creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  
• Passion for staying current with the ever-evolving SEO landscape and search engine algorithms
