We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand presence, monetize our channels, and secure exciting brand collaborations. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing, is social media-savvy, and can craft compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.
Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Marketing Copywriting – Write compelling captions, email campaigns, video descriptions, website updates, and ad copy.
Website Maintenance – Update and optimize website content, landing pages, and product descriptions to align with marketing campaigns.
Brand Outreach & Partnerships – Research, pitch, and negotiate collaborations with brands that align with our audience and values.
Monetization Strategy – Assist in developing and implementing monetization strategies across social media, YouTube, and digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting – Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve engagement and revenue.
Experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or influencer marketing. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for engaging and persuasive copy.
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Ability to research and pitch to brands professionally and persuasively.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and an understanding of internet culture.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
Graphic design or video editing skills.
Knowledge of paid advertising and SEO strategies.
