Your Responsibilities
- Â Responsible for customer satisfaction, business development and sales of CENTOGENEâs services & solutions in Algeria (80%) & Morocco (20%)
- Autonomous planning and implementation of sales activities and customer acquisition
- Active management of existing and potential partners/resellers
- Managing relationships with key opinion leaders in the diagnostics of rare hereditary disorders
- Identify opportunities and implement an action plan to drive and accelerate sample and revenue growth
- Customer relationship management via CRM
- Collection of market intelligence and competitive information
- Planning of Marketing & Sales strategies for your region
- Representing CENTOGENE at conferences and target group gatherings
- Budgetary planning of revenue and local pricing, continual evaluation of results
- Directly reporting to and coordinating with General Manager MEA
