Vida Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director/Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our financial planning, analysis and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong fiscal discipline and driving sustainable growth. The Senior Director/VP of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and key strategic initiatives while partnering with executives across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Vida Health’s growth objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Own and enhance financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting processes to provide actionable insights for leadership and investors.

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate unit economics, pricing strategies, member engagement metrics and margin levers to drive scalable growth.

Oversee financial reporting, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely and accurate insights for executive decision-making.

Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and strategic plans to investors and the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Ensure financial controls, risk mitigation and compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and analytical excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth technology, healthcare or digital health companies.

Proven track record in strategic financial planning, corporate finance, FP&A and operational finance.

Deep expertise in financial modeling, business analytics and KPI-driven decision-making.

Strong knowledge of unit economics, SaaS or subscription-based revenue models and healthcare finance is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executives, investors and external stakeholders.

Experience leading fundraising, M&A or strategic partnerships is a plus.
