The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliance Representative to join our team. This role will be the face of Neat and responsible for supporting our strategic Alliances with our Platform, App Hub, Consultants and Furniture Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alliance management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving collaborative success.

Day in the life at Neat:

  • Be the face of Neat, develop and maintain strong relationships and strategic plans with key platforms, furniture, consultants and application partners to influence sales teams to partner for near-term revenue growth, initiatives, and programs for long-term sustained account success.
  • Partner with Neat Channel leadership on target partners engaging with overall Alliance plans to engage and drive review with the Neat partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and objectives across the region.
  • Align closely with sales leaders to ensure the identification, pursuit, closure, and tracking of customer opportunities to perpetuate the existing base of Neat customers and net new prospects.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
  • Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives to maximize partner engagement and revenue growth through co-branded events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for collaboration based on market trends and partner capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using modern selling software tools for outreach, social selling, chat, CRM, etc.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage in executive relationship building.
  • Expert presentation skills, including the ability to present in front of an audience.
  • Creative content creation skills.
  • Minimum BA/BS education.
