Job Description:

We are seeking a Smartsheet Automation Specialist with expertise in Power Automate to enhance and streamline ticketing workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong automation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with third-party vendors and THD customers to optimize Zendesk processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Power Automate workflows to improve Zendesk ticketing processes.
• Automate ticket assignment, escalations, notifications, and other key Zendesk functions.
• Integrate Power Automate with Zendesk and other business applications to create seamless automation solutions.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Maintain documentation for automation workflows and provide training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience automating smartsheet workflows, including ticketing and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize support processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk APIs, Webhooks, and Apps framework
• Experience with Zendesk Support, Chat, Talk, and Guide modules
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Great communication skills and the ability to work directly with the 3rd party vendor and client's customers. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
