Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, shaping high-value partnerships, and optimising service delivery across our key accounts.
This is a high-impact, commercially-focused role where you’ll manage NHS and private sector partnerships, lead complex contract negotiations, and directly influence our strategic positioning. You'll translate complex data into compelling insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Oviva at senior stakeholder and industry levels.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key NHS and private sector accounts.
Lead high-value contract negotiations, renewals, and service expansions.
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams.
Represent Oviva at commissioner meetings, events, and industry forums, reinforcing brand positioning.
Ensure contracts meet financial, operational, and compliance standards.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Champion a customer-first approach and drive continuous service improvement.
