Location: Berkeley, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate is empathetic and have a genuine desire to help others. 

 Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure integrated care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and staff meetings.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Requirements

  • Active LPCC license in the state of California.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
