We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Analytics Tech Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the deployment process, oversee user access, and support data loading for simulators and related AA tools. You will be responsible for providing an additional layer of support to users, resolving tickets related to user selections, and ensuring the smooth operation of our simulation tools.
Responsibilities:
Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment process for simulators and associated AA tools, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
User Access & Data Loading: Manage user access and ensure that data is loaded correctly into the simulators and tools.
Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues and troubleshooting user-related tickets connected to simulator tools.
Tool Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of simulator tools, their expected outcomes, and common errors to offer efficient support.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure that the tools and simulators are functioning optimally.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Basic experience with Azure DevOps and Git, including making changes, committing code, and triggering deployments using existing pipelines.
Familiarity with Tools: Experience with internal tools such as UAMC, MyWorldpanel, and support tools like Jira.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve common issues related to simulator tools and user selections.
Computer Literacy: A solid foundation in general computer skills, with an understanding of key technology concepts.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and develop expertise in simulator tools and the nuances of the system.
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role or related field.
Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Economics is required.
