Numerator is looking for a talented and passionate Cybersecurity Engineer - IAM to join our growing team. As part of our Cybersecurity team, you will play a key role in managing identity and access management (IAM) across our global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our IAM processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enhance management & enablement of Entra ID configuration using Terraform and CI/CD.
  • Develop scripts, integrations, and reports using REST, graph, and LDAP APIs with various identity platforms and applications.
  • Oversee OAuth & SAML implementations for new applications, ensuring proper integration and ongoing maintenance as we expand into new markets.
  • Test, develop & document standardized RBAC patterns for common frameworks.
  • Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to optimize authentication and authorization processes.
  • Support Service Desk IAM functions, ensuring secure and efficient user access management.
  • Build & maintain continuous control monitoring workflows to identify compliance issues.
  • Participate in security audits and contribute to IAM best practices.
  • Build & maintain SIEM integrations & rules to identify threats, anomalies, and abuse.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • 3+ years of experience working in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT security, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication methods and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices.
  • Experience with IAM governance, access control policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of Agile software development and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure IAM solutions.
  • Exposure to test-driven development and automated security testing.
  • Experience with identity federation and cross-domain authentication solutions.
