As a process consultant senior or lead in our Direct Special Lines group, you’ll handle key projects and initiatives to produce impactful and measurable results for the business’s bottom line. These projects will drive new business growth for our boat, motorcycle, and RV insurance products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various business groups including Media, Marketing, UX and Design, Tech and Innovation, and Quote and Buy. You’ll also work on projects related to local and regional media efforts, win-back and retargeting strategy, and influencer media strategy.

This position is open to US based remote work only.

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing and implementing media and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Track record of using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business results
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans at both a national and local level, considering the unique needs and characteristics of different markets
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization
  • Experience in managing relationships with outside agencies and vendors, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work that meets the needs of the business

Compensation

  • $80,000-$96,100/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
