As a SQL Server Developer on the External Communications team, you'll focus on supporting databases within the Platform and creating solutions to effectively move the data and ensure it's accessibility for business reporting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering effective solutions on time and within budget. Our team works on diverse projects, from small site updates to large-scale enterprise initiatives. This is a great opportunity to join a cutting-edge team of talented software developers. Participation in an on-call support rotation may be required.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in writing SQL Server stored procedures
  • Familiarity with SSIS and SSRS
  • Fundamental understanding of C#
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to analyze data from multiple sources and identify appropriate next steps

Compensation

  • $95,000-110,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
