Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for selling our comprehensive business advisory services, including Organizational Design, Change Management, Program & Project Management, Business Analytics, Employee Engagement and Process Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in structuring and selling complex solutions, a deep understanding of organizational performance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored consulting solutions that address their business challenges.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services and client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consulting industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
