Developer – EBS

Remote Flexible - Manilla

The Development Team supports this mission through the design, development and deployment of reliable, functionally rich and market leading software. The Development Team focus on innovation and continuous improvement, with this being at the forefront of what they do.


The role is based mostly remote with the requirement to travel to our Quezon City office 2 - 3 times per month.


The Role


As a Developer, you will fully engage and contribute to the software development process within the business function. Not only that, you will have the opportunity to be involved in with innovation and continuous improvement projects, proving to be a great time to join the team.


  • Design and develop new functionality based on user requirements and specifications.
  • Apply best practices, design patterns, and industry standards in development.
  • Ensure secure coding practices and adhere to security standards.
  • Review test plans and provide feedback to ensure full test coverage.
  • Perform impact analysis on new features and defect fixes.
  • Provide accurate work estimates and participate in sprint planning.
  • Engage in code quality activities, including unit testing and code reviews.
  • Identify defects, diagnose root causes, and propose solutions.


The Person


You will need technical experience in Microsoft Stack, C#, .NET Core, MVC, SQL / JavaScript, HTML, CSS. You will also need to be able to dissect tech, transposing them into .NET Core and Angular.


Its not essential, but it would be great if you have led a project from a technical perspective.
