We need a fulfillment specialist. A key player who does the final scrub and bake of creative files as they leave the Studio for delivery. Your expertise makes sure that the files are set up right, that the links, fonts, images and dimensions are all in order, that the naming conventions for each make sense for the client and for our server, and that all the iterations of the campaign elements match what was asked for. In short, you put the excellence in our execution. And you can pull all this off in a fast-paced agency environment.

As an On-Call Production Artist, you will:

Work zero to 30 hours per week, depending on our workload.
Support public- and private-sector clients who tackle issues like disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, energy efficiency, and more.
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and developers.
Create files for client review.
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
Prepare files for online, web, and mobile applications.
Prepare fillable pdfs, including formulas.
Helpful if you have HTML knowledge for email coding.

What we’re looking for:

An exceptional eye for detail, with excellent organizational skills.
Strong experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience in using emerging Ai applications both in static and dynamic forms
A solid knowledge of the printing processes and preflighting tools.
Proficiency in Office applications helpful but not required, especially Word and Powerpoint.
Understand Section 508 Accessibility requirements and help prepare documents for 508 remediation.
The ability to gracefully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design or a related field) or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of creative experience within agency and/or marketing environments

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$60,927.00 - $103,576.00
