What you'll do:
Responsible for renewing, up-selling, churning contracts for assigned accounts
Increases renewal sales for assigned accounts
Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and their functionality. Demonstrates business value of ServiceTitan: Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications
Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. Triages accounts and reconciles escalations. Leverages the renewal activity to promote upsells
Must meet sales objectives such as quota (Churn and Upsell) and productivity requirements via Pipeline Management
Proactively report to management on the portfolio of accounts, focusing on goal attainment and recommended course corrections
What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years Sales Experience (Sr. SDR)/Customer Support/Account Management)
Has the ability to sell/present value
Has ability to work effectively in the unknown
Strong attention to detail
Self governs time/schedule
Proficient compliance with systems and processes (Salesforce, Scripts, Quality Rate)
Coachability/implements feedback
Embody SLT guiding principles: Keep a blue head

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $88,500 USD - $94,700 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
