Job description

What you'll do:

  •  Responsible for renewing, up-selling, churning contracts for assigned accounts

  • Increases renewal sales for assigned accounts

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and their functionality. Demonstrates business value of ServiceTitan: Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications

  • Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. Triages accounts and reconciles escalations. Leverages the renewal activity to promote upsells

  • Must meet sales objectives such as quota (Churn and Upsell) and productivity requirements via Pipeline Management 

  • Proactively report to management on the portfolio of accounts, focusing on goal attainment and recommended course corrections 

What you'll need: 

  •  Minimum 2 years Sales Experience (Sr. SDR)/Customer Support/Account Management) 

  • Has the ability to sell/present value

  • Has ability to work effectively in the unknown 

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Self governs time/schedule 

  • Proficient compliance with systems and processes (Salesforce, Scripts, Quality Rate)

  • Coachability/implements feedback 

  • Embody SLT guiding principles: Keep a blue head 

  • High composure under pressure

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $88,500 USD - $94,700 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
