What You Will Do:

  • Manage tickets escalated from Level 2 Support teams across international markets.

  • Investigate system issues by reviewing logs and system data, distinguishing between bugs and feature requests.

  • Assign bugs to appropriate developers (front-end or back-end) and monitor resolution progress.

  • Communicate real-time updates to Level 2 Support based on issue criticality.

  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to facilitate bug resolution and system improvements.

  • Plan and prioritize tasks to manage a team of up to 5 developers.

  • Draft detailed tickets and documentation for development teams.

  • Oversee release deployments, ensuring proper testing and addressing any post-release issues.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in Level 3 support, digital project management, or software development.

  • Knowledge of Java, Node.js, and JavaScript, as well as database systems like MySQL, SQL, and MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

  • Ability to read logs, diagnose technical issues, and communicate effectively with technical teams.

  • Experience working in agile environments and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and international operations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with system migration projects.

  • Background in supporting global e-commerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with Commercetools and cloud-based architectures.
