Job description

This is a remote position.

Part Time: 4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week
Monday to Friday, Flexible during client business hours, 8 AM – 2 PM Oakland, CA time

Client is a video production company helping brands across industries—from manufacturing to tech—tell compelling stories through film, animation, and branded content. We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative who can drive immediate business growth by connecting us with the right clients and closing deals without training or hand-holding.


Responsibilities
  • Outbound sales outreach via cold calls and emails (minimum 30 calls per day or approximately 2 focused hours daily)
  • Lead generation & ICP research to identify ideal prospects in industries like construction, manufacturing, and tech
  • Appointment setting with qualified prospects and conducting effective demos
  • Pipeline management using our CRM to track outreach, responses, and follow-ups
  • Respond to inbound leads and maintain warm conversations until deals are closed
  • Follow-up & close deals via phone, email, or Zoom



Requirements
  • Proven self-starter with documented cold calling success
  • Expert in managing outbound email sequences and responses
  • Advanced CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent autonomous time management in remote work environments
  • Must be a fluent English speaker

  • Experienced in cold calling and closing sales independently

  • Takes full ownership of the sales process without supervision
  • Provides solutions, not questions
  • Self-sufficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
