Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in real estate or property management., Expert-level knowledge of DoorLoop accounting software and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)., Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities., Excellent time management and communication skills..
Key responsabilities:
Reconcile financial records and ensure accurate transaction recording in DoorLoop.
Process monthly owner payments by the 10th of each month and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports as needed and handle credit card reconciliations.
Directly report to the business owner and maintain the financial health of the property management company.
