Job description

K2 Integrity is looking for a remote Human Resource Coordinator to join our global Human Resources team. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing support in various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources, specifically in Poland. This position will provide support in all aspects of human resources, benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. This individual will be responsible for answering general inquiries from employees and new hires, along with handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring a strong degree of judgment, excellent listening skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees based in EMEA, providing smooth communication between employees and HR
  • Assist employees with questions and issues pertaining to payroll, benefits, time off, and leaves, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations and company policy
  • Provide operational and administrative support to global human resources team
  • Ensure all records and HR-related documentation are on file and compliant with applicable laws
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations
  •  Demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively.
  • Professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and talent management/HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner and reprioritize accordingly to meet immediate needs.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
