Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented and proactive Audience Segmentation QA Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of audience segmentation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, validating audience definitions, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining documentation to support data-driven marketing initiatives.

The Role

  • Ensure Data Accuracy: QA audience definitions and configurations to align with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Validate SQL Queries: Work with engineering to check and refine SQL queries for audience segmentation.
  • Maintain Documentation: Update and manage the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate audience discrepancies in platforms like Hightouch or Braze.
  • Support Campaigns: Assist in implementing and QA’ing audience-based campaign triggers.
 

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with audience segmentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Hightouch).
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL (preferably Snowflake) for querying audience data.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining audience management systems or data dictionaries.
  • Available to work EST hours.

Nice To Have
  • Experience with event-based marketing data pipelines and APIs.

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar analytics tools.

  • Intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

 

The Compensation

  • ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
