What you'll be doing:

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver top talent across multiple areas of our business, including payments, fraud, product, and more.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Use your expertise to build strong talent pipelines and identify future hiring needs.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our recruitment strategy and contribute to a growing, dynamic company culture.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, advising them on the best recruitment strategies and market insights.
