With our initial team of just 3 members, we have now grown to a dedicated group of approximately 60 strong, including elite engineers, product experts, and DevOps specialists. In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support on rotational day/night shifts;
- Monitor and safeguard mission-critical cloud infrastructure, actively preventing and responding to cyber threats, while ensuring optimal performance and security;
- Track and resolve production issues within defined SLAs;
- Troubleshoot and resolve production problems (level 2 support);
- Assist in analyzing application log files, checking network status, and DB health;
- Offer detailed analysis and quick workarounds/solutions for issues;
- Collaborate with development and SRE teams for performance analysis and capacity planning;
This role is right for you if you have:
- Minimum 1 year of similar role experience;
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language and ability to analyze application log files;
- Proficiency in Linux and network knowledge;
- Willingness to develop skills in IT Cloud Infrastructure;
- Humble, eager to learn from mistakes, and incorporate learnings to enhance skills, processes, and systems;
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively;
- Strong sense of responsibility and task completion;
There are nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud providers like GCP and AWS;
- Basic knowledge/experience of RDMBS (MySQL or similar);
- Experience with incident management systems;
- Network and Web Traffic Analysis;
- Working with DNS, Firewalls, and redirects;
