Job description

Job Category: UX/UI
Job Location: LATAM

The company is revolutionizing how businesses enable BYOD workforces, removing the burden of buying and securing laptops or dealing with virtual desktops. Our patented technology provides companies with a new approach to securing remote employees and contractors working on unmanaged computers.

The role:
The company is seeking a Senior UX Designer to evolve our user experience and drive product success through deep, data-driven research and strategic design decisions. In this role, you will craft exceptional interfaces and interactions across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver truly impactful user experiences.

What You Will Do:
Lead User Research & Strategic UX Initiatives:
● Plan, execute, and analyze usability studies, user interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
● Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and detailed user journey maps that drive design decisions and product enhancements.
● Present research artifacts and data-driven insights to stakeholders to advocate for user- centered changes and improvements.

Design & Iterative Improvement:
● Develop and refine intuitive interfaces and interaction models across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring that visual designs are rooted in rigorous user research.
● Create and enforce design guidelines that ensure consistency, accessibility, and an optimal user experience across all platforms.
● Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and performance metrics, driving measurable improvements in user satisfaction and product engagement.

Collaborate Across Functions:
● Work closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to align
UX initiatives with business objectives and technical constraints.
● Communicate design decisions and the underlying user research rationale effectively to
both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Mentor junior team members in user research methodologies and design best practices,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What You Will Bring:
Deep UX Research Expertise:
● 6+ years of progressive UX experience with a strong portfolio that showcases not only exceptional visual design but also comprehensive user research artifacts (e.g., usability reports, journey maps, research insights)
● Proven ability to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies that inform strategic product decisions.

Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
● A track record of leveraging data-driven insights to improve product usability, enhance user satisfaction, and drive overall business outcomes.
● Experience in defining and tracking UX success metrics (e.g., task completion rates, user satisfaction scores, reduction in error rates) to measure and iterate on design improvements.

Technical & Design Proficiency:
● Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) with a demonstrated ability to translate research insights into high-fidelity prototypes.
● Experience designing across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, web) with a clear understanding of cross-platform consistency and accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Communication:
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1, C2), with the ability to present complex user research findings and design rationale in a clear, compelling manner to diverse audiences.
● Adept at working in agile, fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with cross- functional teams to integrate UX research into the product development lifecycle.

Industry & Domain Knowledge:
● Familiarity with enterprise technologies (e.g., virtual desktops, Zero Trust, mobile device management, endpoint security) is a plus, enabling you to contextualize user research within our technical ecosystem.
● A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends in UX research and design, ensuring that our product remains at the forefront of user-centered innovation.
