Job Summary



The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to the sales cycle supporting our overall sales organization being the point of contact for customers in the assigned territory.  The Inside Sales Representative will maintain current business and work to expand and grow the assigned territory. Responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets from an assigned geographic territory for Charles River Cell Solutions.

 

Position will work remotely, from home office. 

 

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement a comprehensive territory management plan including to identify new target accounts and opportunities
  • Organize data on potential customers in your designated geographic region and use relevant CRM enterprise systems and tools to manage effectively
  • Handle assigned inbound client calls and emails, qualify leads and provide timely responses
  • Develop and qualify leads through prospecting and using tools such as Pardot with frequent outbound virtual customer communications
  • Build relationships with relevant customers as decision-makers and users to influence the acceptance and use of products
  • Communicate available services and inform customers of new relevant products in a timely manner.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data to prepare and provide accurate territory forecasts throughout the year to track achievements versus goals.
  • Work closely with the client services operations, finance, legal, and any other internal stakeholders relevant to the sales process.
  • Gather data on marketing trends, competitor activities and competitive products and pricing.
  • Position does not require customer facing travel but candidate may be required to participate in sales meetings and trade shows as necessary.  
  • Collaborates with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction
  • Share customer problems/concerns with all appropriate departments for quality resolution
  • Leverage enterprise systems and resources such as CRM, pricing tools, client funding data and client engagement data. 
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications


Education, Experience, and Licensure
•    Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in science, business or marketing related discipline.  
•    Experience:  1-2 years customer service, sales or related industry experience. 
•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. 
•    Proficient with customer relationship management software (i.e. SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics).
•    Other:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail required.  Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
 

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $36.06/hr - $40.87/hr USD annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
