Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and a passion for developing their skills in a supported and fast-paced environment. This role will involve implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Public Cloud module to meet the business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Drive the implementation methodology of solutions for various Public Cloud SD projects.
- Strong knowledge in configuring SAP SD to meet business requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide first-level support for SAP SD issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD Public Cloud
- Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP SD configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate reports as needed for various stakeholders.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in training end-users on SAP SD functionalities and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD features and enhancements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and IT.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience working with SAP SD and/or Public Cloud
