Performing Arts Consultants is seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collections of receivables, manage billing and invoicing processes, and maintain accurate records. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with other departments and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement collections strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately posted.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
